FEATURES OF THE CS299M XL

·   Pneumatic double-stage pedal. Permits the operator to clamp the mouldings and visually check the join before inserting a wedge.

·   Powerful rebate clamping system. This unique double action clamping system allows «hands-free» confidence, as it secures the mouldings perfectly. The two powerful jaws work together so that even chops that do not profile well to each other are perfectly joined.

·   Position brake button. Allows wedges to be inserted and stacked up securely, in as many positions as you want across the join.

·   No pressure adjustment required - When changing between softwood and hardwood timber.

·   Patented self-adjusting back supports. Are adjustable to the shape of any moulding profile, to prevent gaps in the top or bottom of the join.

·   Cassese wedges cartridge system. Easy change of wedge size with no need to adjust or change any part on the machine. All Cassese underpinners are able to use the full range of Cassese cartridge wedges in 7 different sizes, available in both softwood and hardwood.

Cassese Two headed Mitre Saw

Cassese CS960

The CS960 is introducing the new generation of saws from Cassese. Wider and Higher cuts, Concrete Base and Cast Iron Cutting Heads give perfect quality cuts and maximum reliability. It is in addition more affordable than the popular CS939. the CS960 is the safest and most accurate hand operated double mitre saw available in the market.

FEATURES OF THE CS960 SAW

·   Wider cuts: 160mm (6" 1/3)

·   Higher cuts : 110mm (4" 1/3)

·   Available in 400V triple phase or 230V triple or single

·   Horizontal cutting stroke - Improves quality of cutting even

   on very delicate mouldings

·   Foot-operated pneumatic clampings - 2 built-in horizontal & adjustable clamps  firmly secure difficult mouldings in order to avoid them from moving or rocking during the cutting operation. They are foot operated for a hands-free operation.

·   Hand-operated cutting stroke - Very easy moving of the

   handles thanks to a special pneumatic device, with an automatic return.

·   45° measuring scale - Allows a direct, speed and accurate measuring.

·   No wastage - Because the blades cut alternately, the waste is effectively nil, which will save a lot of meters of mouldings, and hence money, over the life of the saw.
